The Quality Control Department at Hayat Medisa Teb, utilizing experienced and specialized audiologists along with advanced and specialized equipment for testing and evaluating hearing aids, demonstrates its commitment to providing high-quality and standard products to audiologists and esteemed clients.
In this department, we use the advanced Affinity 2.0 device, a product of the renowned Danish company Interacoustics, to conduct precise and comprehensive tests on both new and repaired hearing aids. This device features three different modules, one of which enables the technical performance evaluation of various types of hearing aids, including bone conduction, in-the-ear, and behind-the-ear models. By using this device, all hearing aids are evaluated according to international protocols such as ANSI and IEC on parameters like Maximum Power Output (MPO), Full-On Gain (FOG), Reference Test Gain (RTG), Equivalent Input Noise (EIN), Total Harmonic Distortion (THD), and battery consumption.
The results of these tests are provided in a detailed report with various charts, which the Quality Control Department, considering the normal range, sends along with the hearing aid to the audiologist or client.
At Hayat Medisa Teb, by utilizing this advanced equipment, we have taken significant steps towards improving the quality of our products and enhancing client satisfaction. Below is an example of the frequency response provided by our company
