Hayat Medisa Teb’s Participation in the Specialized Brand Experience Management Course
The Customer Affairs Department of Hayat Medisa Teb, with the aim of enhancing service quality and improving customer interactions, participated in a specialized training course on Brand Experience Management on August 17, 2025.
This online course was organized by the Gorgan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture, in collaboration with the Iran–Kazakhstan Joint Chamber of Commerce and the Golestan Province Young Entrepreneurs Association.
Brand experience management is one of the most important emerging fields in strengthening organizational relationships with customers and enhancing brand positioning in competitive markets. The course covered key topics such as gaining a deep understanding of customer needs, designing unique experiences, leveraging modern marketing technologies, and increasing customer satisfaction.
