In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer\u2019s wallet or returned upon request.
\ud83d\udfea The ID verification process by the relevant authority is expected to take approximately one week<\/strong>.
\ud83d\udfea Shipment of hearing aids will begin immediately after ID verification results<\/strong> are received, and it is planned to complete the process within 7 to 10 business days<\/strong> after approval.
\ud83d\udfea Requests to change the model or specifications of registered hearing aids will be considered as withdrawal from the current processing queue. Such requests will be addressed only after the completion of shipments for this phase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
