In addition to theoretical instruction, the program included practical workshops and experience-sharing sessions, providing a valuable opportunity to strengthen the practical skills of human resources professionals.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1518\">Through active participation in such specialized programs, <strong data-start=\"1164\" data-end=\"1184\">Hayat Medisa Teb<\/strong> continues to take effective steps toward improving human resources processes, increasing organizational productivity, and enhancing employee satisfaction.
