The workshop was delivered by Mr. Ali Montazeri and focused on the critical importance of behavioral and communication skills, particularly in challenging and high-pressure situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the workshop, participants were introduced to the fundamental principles and rules of etiquette and learned how these practices contribute to maintaining composure, trust, and a strong professional identity in tense environments.
