Company Introduction

Hayat Medisa Teb, as the sole official and exclusive representative of Unitron hearing aids (Canada) and an authorized representative of the international Sonova Group (Switzerland) in Iran, conducts its operations based on professional principles, compliance with international standards, and a strong commitment to customer rights.
We continuously strive to earn and maintain the trust and satisfaction of the medical community and end users by offering reliable products and high-quality services.

Product Return Policy

Hayat Medisa Teb, the exclusive representative of Unitron hearing aids in Iran, announces the following return policy in line with customer rights protection and service quality assurance:

1. Return Period

Requests for product return must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the date the parcel is delivered by postal service or courier. The completed refund request form must be sent via email to the Customer Relations Department at wecare@hayatmedisa.com
The relevant form can be obtained through the company’s Telegram bot or the Customer Relations Department.

2. Product Condition

Acceptance of returned products is subject to evaluation by the Customer Relations, After-Sales Service, and Repairs & Laboratory departments. The decision of these experts regarding the condition of the product shall be final and binding.

3. Required Documentation

  • Purchase invoice, pro forma invoice, or any other official document
  • Warranty card
  • Proof of payment or a copy thereof
  • Fully completed refund request form
  • 4. Shipping Costs

    All shipping costs related to returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

    Returnable Items and Limitations

  • Only hearing aids and their original accessories are eligible for return.
  • Other items such as custom ear molds, receivers, shells, or consumables and accessories (including packages, batteries, etc.) are not returnable.
    The company cannot guarantee that the returned product is exactly the same item originally shipped. This clause is stated solely for transparency and to prevent future misunderstandings.
  • Refund Process

    After the returned product is inspected by Hayat Medisa Teb experts, acceptance or rejection of the return request will be communicated via email by the Customer Relations Department. If approved, the refund amount—after deduction of applicable costs—will be transferred to the customer’s account using the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Due to the medical and hygienic nature of the products, certain items are not eligible for return in order to ensure customer safety and product integrity:
  • Used or custom-fitted hearing aids: Hearing aids that have been adjusted or custom-molded for a specific user
  • Consumable batteries: Due to their consumable nature and potential quality degradation
  • Hygienic or opened items: Products that cannot be resold after opening
    Additional Note: This policy is established in accordance with international standards and professional experience in the hearing aid industry, with the goal of protecting customer health, satisfaction, and product quality.
  • Required Documents for Return

    To complete the return process, submission of the following documents is mandatory:
  • Purchase invoice, pro forma invoice, or any other official document
  • Proof of payment or a copy thereof
  • Warranty card
  • Completed refund request form (available via the company’s Telegram bot or Customer Relations Department)
    Note: All return-related procedures and evaluations are handled exclusively by Hayat Medisa Teb. The final status of the product will be determined by the Customer Relations, After-Sales Service, and Repairs & Laboratory departments.
  • Refund Processing

    Once the returned product is received and reviewed by the relevant departments, the customer will be informed of the approval or rejection of the request via email.
    If approved, the paid amount will be refunded in full via the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. Processing time may vary slightly depending on the bank or financial institution.
    Wallet Credit Option: Upon customer request, the refunded amount (in full or in part) may be credited to the user’s wallet in the Unitron Iran portal, allowing the customer to choose between receiving the refund in their bank account or retaining part of it as portal credit.

    Refund Delays

    Hayat Medisa Teb is committed to transferring approved refunds within a maximum of 10 business days. If the customer encounters any questions or concerns after this period, they may contact the Financial and Economic Affairs Department for follow-up.

    Important: Customers are kindly requested not to contact the company before the completion of the 10-business-day period. The company assures that all refunds will be processed in accordance with stated commitments.

    Discounted Items

    Refunds apply only to products purchased at full price. Items purchased during sales, special discounts, or similar promotional conditions are not eligible for full return or refund.

    Product Exchange Policy

    Hayat Medisa Teb will exchange products only in cases of confirmed technical or manufacturing defects.

    Exchange Conditions

    The hearing aid must be returned with the warranty card, original packaging, and authenticity label, all intact and undamaged. All accessories provided with the product must be returned in complete and proper condition. The product must be returned in full as a single shipment for inspection and exchange. Note: Damages caused by misuse, dropping, liquid exposure, unauthorized tampering, or third-party interference are not eligible for exchange.     Additional Note: Before sending any product, please review the Warranty & Guarantee section on the company’s website, Instagram page, or Telegram bot, as compliance with these conditions is mandatory and directly affects the exchange process.

    Returning the Product

    To return a product, please send it to the address of Hayat Medisa Teb. The exact address will be provided upon coordination with the Customer Relations Department.

    Shipping Costs

    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
    If the return is approved, the paid amount will be refunded in accordance with the refund terms.
    Recommendations
  • For high-value items, using insured shipping services with tracking codes is strongly recommended.

  • Hayat Medisa Teb is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipment.

  • Prior to shipping, please ensure that all required documents (invoice, proof of payment, warranty card, and refund request form) are completed and included.

  • The final decision regarding refund or exchange will be made by the Customer Relations, After-Sales Service, and Repairs & Laboratory departments.
