Our warranty reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality products that are free from technical and functional defects. During the warranty period, any issues related to the manufacturing quality or performance of hearing aids will be promptly addressed by our skilled and specialized technical team, in accordance with the warranty and guarantee terms outlined on the Hayat Medisa Teb website.

Leveraging advanced technologies and extensive expertise, we provide tailored support services based on the specific hearing aid model.

Warranty & Guarantee Card

The warranty card includes complete details of the hearing aid, such as the serial number, type and model, and warranty duration, and is issued to the patient at the time of purchase. Presentation of this card is mandatory in order to receive warranty and after-sales services.

To benefit from warranty coverage or hearing aid replacement during the warranty period, submission of the original hearing aid packaging and authenticity label is required.

If the warranty card is damaged, altered, tampered with, or illegible in any way, it will be deemed invalid, and warranty services for the corresponding hearing aid will not be provided.

Warranty & After-Sales Service Period:

A one-year warranty period for hearing aids begins from the date of issuance of the warranty card and delivery of the hearing aid to the patient. The warranty expiration date is determined based on the serial number or the validity date stated on the warranty card.

Please note that all Unitron hearing aids are covered by five years of after-sales service.

Conditions That Void the Warranty

The warranty and guarantee will be rendered void under the following circumstances:

  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any repair, modification, or tampering performed by non-specialists or unauthorized service centers
  • Heat or Radiation Damage: Exposure to excessive heat or prolonged direct sunlight
  • Strong Electromagnetic Radiation: Damage caused by medical imaging procedures such as MRI
  • Use of Unauthorized Batteries: Including non-approved batteries such as watch batteries
  • Physical Damage: Damage caused by impact, crushing, or breakage
  • Harmful Chemical Substances: Exposure to industrial solvents, acids, or instant adhesives
  • Lack of a Valid Warranty Card: Each hearing aid has a dedicated warranty card with a matching serial number
  • Loss of the Hearing Aid: Warranty coverage does not include loss of the device
  • Battery Leakage or Sulfation: Damage caused by battery leakage or corrosion due to prolonged battery retention in the device
  • Water or Excessive Sweat Ingress: For waterproof hearing aids, such cases are covered; however, for standard hearing aids, water ingress voids the warranty

Important Notes

  • When sending a hearing aid for repair, please include your full name, address, contact number, and a clear description of the issue.

  • Retain the shipment tracking or consignment number until final receipt is confirmed.

  • Use appropriate protective packaging, such as a hard case or shock-absorbing materials, when shipping the hearing aid.

  • The final determination regarding whether a hearing aid is defective or functioning properly rests solely with the company’s technical department.
