In line with enhancing human capital capabilities and increasing organizational readiness for business expansion, the Human Resources Manager of Hayat Medisa Teb participated in the “Application of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management” training program, organized by the Iran Industrial Training and Research Center and instructed by Amirhossein Sabour Tinat.
The objective of participating in this program went beyond acquiring theoretical knowledge; it represented a practical step toward strengthening the foundations of digital transformation and leveraging intelligent technologies across employee recruitment, retention, and development processes.
Through targeted investment in workforce upskilling—particularly among young and specialized talents—Hayat Medisa Teb is actively pursuing the development of smart, efficient human resource systems aligned with the company’s long-term growth strategy.
