Advancing Specialized Capabilities at Hayat Medisa Teb

In line with its education-driven initiatives and continuous human capital development strategy, the Head of the Customer Experience and Services Department at Hayat Medisa Teb participated in the specialized “Branding Process” training program on November 17, 2025. The program was conducted by Dr. Hormoz Mehrani and organized by the Iranian Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

This program focused on core branding concepts, principles of brand strategy design, brand identity management, and the latest approaches to business communications. It provided a valuable opportunity to enhance professional insight and skills in market development and brand management.

By emphasizing the continuous development of employees’ specialized and managerial competencies, Hayat Medisa Tebseeks to establish a sustainable foundation for improving internal processes and enhancing the quality and effectiveness of its commercial activities.
