A representative of Hayat Medisa Teb participated in the specialized training program on Job Classification, with the Human Resources Manager of Hayat Medisa Teb taking an active role in the course. The program was organized by the Gorgan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture, in collaboration with the Iran–Kazakhstan Joint Chamber of Commerce, and was met with strong participation from human resources managers and specialists.
The primary objective of this training program was to enhance participants’ technical and professional expertise in job classification, organizational job structure development, job evaluation, and the design of compensation and reward systems aligned with international standards. In addition to theoretical instruction, the program included practical workshops and experience-sharing sessions, providing a valuable opportunity to strengthen the practical skills of human resources professionals.
