Hayat Medisa Teb Participation in the Specialized Brand Experience Management Course

The Customer Relations Department of Hayat Medisa Teb participated in the specialized Brand Experience Management training course on August 16, 2025, aiming to enhance service quality and improve customer interactions. The course was conducted virtually by the Gorgan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture, with collaboration from the Iran–Kazakhstan Joint Chambers of Commerce and the Golestan Province Young Entrepreneurs Association.

Brand experience management is a key area in strengthening organizational relationships with customers and enhancing brand positioning in competitive markets. The course covered topics such as deep understanding of customer needs, designing unique experiences, leveraging modern marketing technologies, and increasing customer satisfaction.
