In order to enhance inventory management quality and strengthen specialized competencies within the warehousing unit, the Warehouse Manager of Hayat Medisa Teb participated in the “Warehouse Engineering” training program at the Iran Industrial Training and Research Center, delivered by Amirhossein Memarianpour.
Participation in this course aimed to update technical knowledge, improve inventory control accuracy, increase operational agility, and optimize warehousing processes. By focusing on the continuous development of employee skills and the enhancement of operational capabilities across support units, Hayat Medisa Teb seeks to reinforce the infrastructure required for higher service quality, reduced operational errors, and the establishment of a systematic and reliable warehousing framework.
