Smart Marketing in Times of Crisis: A New Step Forward for Hayat Medisa Teb

In today’s complex and highly challenging environment, effective crisis management and smart marketing are key drivers of organizational success. On 17 September 2025 (26 Shahrivar 1404), a representative of Hayat Medisa Teb took a significant step toward strengthening the strategic capabilities of the company’s marketing and management teams by participating in the specialized course “Effective Marketing Techniques in Times of Crisis.”

This program was organized by the Gorgan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture and delivered by Dr. Afshin Fateh, founder of the innovative Color Brain Logic (CBL) methodology. Far beyond a conventional training session, the course introduced a comprehensive model for understanding human behavior under crisis conditions—enabling organizations to respond with precision, purpose, and effectiveness when faced with pressure.

Key topics explored in this program included organizational resilience, team structure preparedness and resource reassessment prior to crises, accelerated decision-making and operational agility, and precise control of cost-intensive expenditures. Particular emphasis was placed on identifying and leveraging hidden opportunities within crises to transition from reaction to action and gain a competitive advantage.
