On 24 September 2025 (2 Mehr 1404), a representative of Hayat Medisa Teb participated in a specialized workshop focused on the design of a smart decision-support dashboard for foreign trade. Organized by the Iran–Switzerland Chamber of Commerce, this event provided a unique opportunity to become acquainted with modern data analytics tools and methods for optimizing managerial processes.
Led by Dr. Mozaffar Naseri Taheri, the workshop examined key performance indicators such as foreign exchange obligation compliance, export ceilings, order registration, and logistics management. Practical solutions were presented to enhance organizational decision-making. Through the use of professional checklists, participants were able to identify strengths and weaknesses within their existing managerial dashboards and outline clear pathways for improvement.
