As part of Hayat Medisa Teb’s development-oriented approach to enhancing administrative processes and improving the effectiveness of executive support functions, company representatives participated in the specialized training program “Empowerment of Executive Office Professionals.” The program was held online on November 18–19 and organized by the Iran Industrial Training and Research Center, with instruction provided by Ali Yarzabadi Farahani.
This program was designed to strengthen professional competencies, standardize executive office operations, and increase agility in administrative coordination.
From the company’s perspective, employee empowerment is a fundamental prerequisite for successfully navigating future stages of organizational growth. Accordingly, participation in specialized training programs is pursued as a strategic initiative to enhance performance quality, improve administrative structures, and elevate the level of managerial support.
