In line with enhancing communication skills and promoting professional conduct, a group of human capital from Hayat Medisa Teb participated in the training course “Etiquette in Business Negotiations.” This online program was delivered by Dr. Kambiz Tehrani and organized by the Gorgan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture.
Throughout the course, participants were introduced to practical and up-to-date concepts related to behavioral etiquette in the commercial environment. Etiquette, as a key indicator of professionalism, emphasizes adherence to appropriate social norms and conduct in formal and business settings. Its critical role in facilitating effective communication, building trust, and achieving success in professional interactions was thoroughly examined.
