On 2 October 2025, a group of employees from Hayat Medisa Teb participated in the training workshop titled “Etiquette: A Shield for Turbulent Business Days,” organized by the Gilan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture in collaboration with Safiran-e Nasl-e Mad Company. The workshop was delivered by Mr. Ali Montazeri and focused on the critical importance of behavioral and communication skills, particularly in challenging and high-pressure situations.
During the workshop, participants were introduced to the fundamental principles and rules of etiquette and learned how these practices contribute to maintaining composure, trust, and a strong professional identity in tense environments. Emphasis was placed on the role of etiquette in enhancing credibility, projecting professionalism, and effectively managing emotions during difficult interactions.
With the objective of fostering a culture based on mutual respect and continuous development of employees’ soft skills, Hayat Medisa Teb consistently implements a variety of training programs to ensure its team members are equipped to deliver optimal performance under all circumstances.
