Terms and Conditions:
🟪 National ID numbers of beneficiaries not approved by the Medical Equipment and Supplies Directorate of the Food and Drug Administration cannot be replaced with other ID numbers. In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer’s wallet or returned upon request.
🟪 The ID verification process by the relevant authority is expected to take approximately one week.
🟪 Shipment of hearing aids will begin immediately after ID verification results are received, and it is planned to complete the process within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
🟪 Requests to change the model or specifications of registered hearing aids will be considered as withdrawal from the current processing queue. Such requests will be addressed only after the completion of shipments for this phase.
