On Tuesday, 16 September 2025 (25 Shahrivar 1404), a specialized workshop titled “Smart Implementation of Job Classification: From Legal Obligation to a Golden Opportunity for Organizational Development” was held at the Iran–Switzerland Chamber of Commerce. Featuring distinguished speakers Dr. Esmail Zarifi Azad and Dr. Fatemeh Rahmati, the event provided valuable insights into legal requirements and practical implementation strategies.
Key topics addressed included the legal obligation for workplaces with more than 50 employees to implement a job classification scheme in accordance with the law enacted in 1973 and its subsequent amendments, as well as Articles 48 and 49 of the Iranian Labor Law.
Considering its current organizational structure and workforce size, Hayat Medisa Teb anticipates that it will become subject to the implementation of this scheme in the near future. Accordingly, step-by-step planning and preparatory actions have been initiated to ensure a smart and effective rollout across the organization. These measures aim not only to ensure full legal compliance, but also to systematically enhance productivity and human capital development.
The implementation plan includes a comprehensive review of the current workforce structure, engagement with specialized consultants, establishment of an internal committee to align job roles with organizational values, and the development of detailed job profiles based on skills, responsibilities, and working conditions.
