In order to strengthen individual competencies and enhance managerial capabilities, one of Hayat Medisa Teb’s team members participated in an online Personal Development course instructed by Ms. Shokouh Alizadeh Moghaddam. The program was held on October 19 and 20, 2025 (27 and 28 Mehr 1404) and focused on key topics such as strategic thinking, effective leadership, team building, and collaborative work.
During the course, participants were introduced to the latest scientific and practical approaches in organizational behavior management, team synergy development, and cultivating a strategic mindset for professional decision-making.
